Here you will find our tips for donning sleeves properly with the medi arm Butler.
Avoid overstretching the material when putting on the stocking, as it will otherwise not fit your leg properly.
If you have any problems, ask your surgical appliance retailer how you can most easily don your compression sleeve. Your adviser will show you and practice it with you.

Preparation
Lay a non-slip surface (e.g. a sponge or rubber mat) under the medi Arm Butler.
Step 1
Place the medi Arm Butler on a table or something similar.

Step 2
Slip the sleeve over the semicircular cylinder. Please make sure that the seam is not exactly in the middle, but slightly off to one side.
- Sleeves for the right arm – off to the right at about 4 o’clock.
- Sleeves for the left arm – off to the left at about 8 o’clock.
Step 3
Now lay the Arm Butler flat. To stabilise it, anchor the L shaped front end against the front edge of a table.
Step 4
Now push your hand into the opening. Please remember to carefully hold the cuff of the sleeve on the Butler with the other hand.
Step 5
Now slide your hand smoothly into the sleeve without twisting it.
Step 6
Check once again that the sleeve sits properly and, if applicable, then turn up the topband or attachment.
